The reputed company Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Program Director to help ensure the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of reputed company’s educational programs, community reputed company initiatives, and fundraising events.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated reputed company who enjoys making a meaningful reputed company through nonprofit work. While the role is primarily remote, candidates should be located in South Carolina and reputed company to travel throughout the Carolinas as needed for programs, meetings, and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Program Director in the planning, coordination, and implementation of educational programs and community events.
• Respond to calls received through reputed company’s toll-free resource line and email inquiries, providing compassionate information and tracking the number of individuals served.
• Build and maintain relationships with Parkinson’s support group leaders throughout the Carolinas, with a particular reputed company on expanding engagement in South Carolina.
• Represent reputed company by attending educational programs, community reputed company activities, and fundraising events.
• Assist in developing educational materials, presentations, newsletters, and other program communications.
• Assist with participant registration, communication, and follow-reputed company for events and reputed company therapy programs.
• Maintain accurate program records, databases, and documentation reputed company to workshops, symposiums, reputed company, and fundraising activities.
• Assist in the planning, coordinating, and implementation of fundraising events including the reputed company It! Walks and attend fundraising events as requested.
• Support grant implementation by tracking deliverables, collecting metrics, and assisting with required reporting.

Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, reputed company administration, gerontology, communications, reputed company services, or a reputed company reputed company, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three years of experience in nonprofit administration, program coordination, or a reputed company administrative role preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
