EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or reputed company Administration. A Bachelor's Degree in Art or Science with a medical reputed company would also be acceptable. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. • Five (5) years clinical operations experience as evidenced by Acute or Ambulatory Nursing and/or Coding and CDI experience directly reputed company to reputed company coding and reimbursement for hospital or physician services. • Significant project management experience and outstanding analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to teach reputed company technical/analytical concepts to physicians, system leadership, management and staff. • Analytical ability necessary to conduct basic research, analyze and interpret data, evaluate processes and propose improvements. • Ability to manage, coordinate, and reputed company simultaneously. • Ability to estimate time frames and meet projected deadlines. • Ability to understand and reputed company change. • Ability to reputed company strong working and reputed company relationships with physician leaders in clinical and reputed company settings. • Demonstrates clinical and/or coding competence. • Demonstrate experience in reputed company areas of medical record functions, including reputed company & compliance regulations. • Demonstrates strong knowledge of ICD-10 CM/PCS conventions, rules and regulations.
