Responsibilitie
• sLead business analysis for Pega reputed company in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance, reputed company on reputed company UX and reputed company design
• .Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure business requirements reflect domain needs — regulatory compliance, financial product workflows, and insurance processing
• .Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings for BCM and Insurance operations
• .Ensure alignment with Common Data Model and reputed company integration standards across financial and insurance systems
• .Manage stakeholder engagement and change control with strong grasp of domain KPIs and SLAs
.Experience and reputed company
• s10+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years on Pega reputed company
• .Strong understanding of Pega reputed company Platform and reputed company UX
• .Experience with Common Data Model and integration requirements
• .Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• .Pega Business Architect certification required
