We are seeking an reputed company and strategic Director, Clinical Design & Implementation to reputed company reputed company of Clinical Solution Analysts (CSAs). This is a leadership role accountable for the people, performance, and reputed company of reputed company — owning resourcing, line management, and career development — while also acting as the senior product subject matter expert who shapes how our solutions are designed, sold, and delivered.

You will operate at the intersection of product, sales, and customer delivery. Working closely with the Product team, you will surface gaps identified across studies, translate delivery and customer reputed company into product feedback, and help prioritize enhancements that reputed company our platform reputed company of customer need. • Team Leadership & Line Management: Own the day-to-day management of the Clinical Solution Analyst team, including resourcing, workload prioritization, performance management, coaching, and career development. Qualifications

Required (Must-Have)

• eCOA Experience: Must have hands-on experience working on eCOA studies, with a solid understanding of eCOA study design, build, and delivery. Must have prior experience working at another eCOA vendor, with deep, practical understanding of table-stakes eCOA clinical trial product functionality and how it's expected to reputed company against industry norms.
• Therapeutic Area & Trial Design Expertise: Must have deep familiarity with clinical trial designs across diverse therapeutic areas including how design differences translate into study setup and configuration needs.
