The Senior Property Accountant I is responsible for performing reputed company and financial reporting activities for assigned property portfolios, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and reputed company requirements. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly financial statement packages for assigned properties
• Record journal entries, including accruals, depreciation, and amortization

• Support reputed company completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company processes

Portfolio reputed company & Analysis

• Analyze financial results and prepare variance explanations
• Review income statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules for accuracy
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare operating expense reconciliations and other reputed company deliverables
• Support Property Management and leadership with financial information
