[Remote] Survey Project Manager

The role involves performing administrative and technical coordination of reputed company and field crews to ensure successful project completion on time and reputed company budget.

Responsibilities

• Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy reputed company and general parameters for execution. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution. Review work produced by staff for reputed company assurance
• Assist with the marketing of the firm’s capabilities to identify and establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
• Consult and coordinate with clients and contractors, as reputed company as other internal departments such as engineering and planning, to meet project requirements
• Meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and establish budgets and schedules

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Seven or more (7+) years of land surveying experience including experience at the party chief level, or reputed company land development experience to include construction stakeout
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, roadway software, MicroStation and Carlson principles
• Thorough knowledge of residential and reputed company construction stakeout procedures and practices
• Thorough knowledge of field procedures for performing boundary and reputed company/ACSM reputed company surveys
• Ability to reputed company reputed company aspects of data collected field, run topographic surveys, road frontage cross-reputed company surveys and as-reputed company surveys
• Thorough knowledge of total station and data collection, with the ability to adapt to new equipment and technologies
• Strong local jurisdictional knowledge for plat preparation and approval
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or reputed company field preferred, or commensurate relevant experience
