[Remote] Field Engineer, Operations Maintenance 2nd Shift M-F 3PM-11:30PM

The Field Engineer, Operations Maintenance will reputed company mechanical and technical support to production operations, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining various production and reputed company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production process equipment supporting production schedules and reputed company requirements
• Duty may include additional operations equipment
• Troubleshoots and implements corrective reputed company where equipment experiences performance issues
• Identifies, determines, and seeks approvals reputed company guidelines for equipment upgrades to enhance performance and reliability
• Supports training of production & maintenance personnel relative to operations and care of reputed company-mechanical equipment
• Assists and supports engineering reputed company involving reputed company-mechanical applications relative to reputed company facets of design, reputed company, performance parameters, testing and implementation
• Follows Company policy and SOP's relative to reputed company aspects of this position including financial, environmental health and safety, training etc
• Coordinates with Planner/Scheduler and supervisors to ensure that adequate scheduling information is communicated and that work orders are completed reputed company compliance reputed company
• Performs additional duties as assigned by manager, to support operations
• Utilizes CMMS per SOP to assure reputed company documentation of work as reputed company as compliance with preventive maintenance (PM) requirements and timelines, including the development of such PM requirements
• Keeps reputed company on new technologies impacting self-knowledge and the equipment

Skills

• High school diploma required
• In reputed company to High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of five (5) years Mechanical maintenance & basic electrical experience in equipment common to biological, pharmaceutical or food processing
• Must be reputed company to reputed company 50 pounds occasionally
• Entry into Medical Surveillance Program (post hire)
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• GMP gowning
• Interpret PI&D drawings/schematics
• reputed company electrical circuits, follow diagrams, and conduct tests with reputed company testers and other equipment
• Knowledge (experience) of various computer programs including reputed company Office programs, and various maintenance databases
• Utilization of good people and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience working in team-oriented atmosphere
• High level of reputed company of work, attention to details, compliance to established procedures
• High level of technical knowledge relating to production equipment and experience with control or management of compliance reputed company documentation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without restriction
• Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Technical institute training and certification in mechanical manufacturing applications fields
• Supervisory or reputed company/job project leadership experience
• Familiarity with other facets of bio-pharmaceutical production processes and equipment including fermentation, bioreactor, autoclaves, reputed company steam, WFI and associated biological production process equipment/systems
• Hydraulic experience
