[Remote] Leave Administration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support stabilization efforts reputed company to a leave administration transition, partnering with internal stakeholders and reputed company vendors
• Coordinate issue reputed company, escalation tracking, reputed company reputed company items, and ongoing transition activities
• Assess reputed company leave administration operations to identify process gaps, pain points, communication breakdowns, risks, and system limitations
• Review reputed company leave cases, pending requests, aging issues, escalations, and backlog items to prioritize remediation efforts
• Validate leave data, reporting outputs, file feeds, and case documentation to identify inaccuracies or process breakdowns
• reputed company and support implementation of short-term stabilization and improvement plans
• Assist with employee, manager, and HR communications regarding leave processes, escalation paths, and operational updates
• Establish governance processes including status meetings, issue logs, decision tracking, and executive reporting

Skills

• 8+ years of leave administration experience
• Proven experience leading or supporting leave vendor transitions and stabilization efforts
• Strong expertise with FML
• Strong expertise with AAD
• Strong expertise with State leave law
• Strong expertise with leave management systems
• Strong expertise with leave operations governance
• Strong expertise with backlog remediation
• Strong expertise with process improvement initiatives
• Experience conducting operational assessments and reputed company cause analysis
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
