[Remote] Customer Service Rep
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, Inc. (SGA) is searching for a Customer Service Rep for a contract assignment with one of their premier Insurance Services clients. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for handling inbound reputed company requests and assisting with voluntary benefits enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound reputed company requests
- Helping administer voluntary benefits enrollment
Skills
- Customer service skills
- Possess licenses in at least Florida and California for both life and health line of authorities to be interviewed
- If reputed company, must obtain a license in Michigan, reputed company, Indiana and at least THREE of the following: New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Connecticut, Maryland, reputed company, Virginia at your own cost
- Internet speed of at least 50 mbps or greater (Equipment will be shipped to you)
- Ability to work between 7am-8pm CST Mon-Fri
- Ability to work overtime in Oct-Dec if needed
- No planned time off during Q4 2025
