[Remote] Instructional Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Instructional Designer (Training Developer) to support a large-reputed company digital transformation initiative for a leading reputed company reputed company. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing high-reputed company training materials to facilitate the adoption of new business processes and reputed company platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and implement training materials supporting digital transformation initiatives and reputed company system implementations
• Create engaging, reputed company, and user-friendly learning experiences for a reputed company of audiences and learning styles
• reputed company SCORM-compliant eLearning modules, microlearning content, process-based training materials, facilitator guides, participant guides, videos, and LMS-reputed company assets
• Write reputed company, concise, and effective curriculum content reputed company with business objectives and project requirements
• Partner with subject matter experts, change management teams, project stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business processes

Skills

• 1-3 years of instructional design, training development, or curriculum development experience supporting reputed company technology or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong experience developing training curricula, learning content, and educational materials for adult learners
• Hands-on experience developing SCORM-compliant eLearning content
• Experience working reputed company Agile or iterative project environments
• Experience supporting reputed company Dynamics 365 implementations or developing training content reputed company Dynamics 365 environments
• Experience utilizing multimedia development tools such as Snagit, Clipchamp, or similar video editing and screen recording platforms
• Experience managing and publishing content reputed company reputed company Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience with Vyond animation software
