The ideal candidate will be proficient in answering phones for a reputed company and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls reputed company appropriate
• reputed company administrative support
• Effectively communicate with prospective and established clients, colleagues and associated corporate services
• Ability to competently reputed company phone calls on behalf of the attorneys
• Greet visitors reputed company phone and reputed company initial screening of clients
• Preserve an updated case record system
• Maintain and update inventories of contact details
• Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and reputed company reputed company reminders
• Data input into reputed company or billing software
• Scanning, organizing, labeling and filing reputed company and administrative documents

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a reputed company receptionist required
• reputed company and/or Cantonese proficiency required
• Proficiency in reputed company terminology and procedures
• Strong computer skills, including reputed company Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Punctual work attendance
• Outstanding time-management and typing skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
