[Remote] Account Manager, Imaging Centers

They are seeking an Account Manager to manage imaging center accounts and help grow their network, ensuring a great customer experience while driving down costs.

Responsibilities

• Managing our reputed company imaging center accounts
• Helping to grow our network in reputed company markets and reputed company markets (~70%/30%)
• Working closely with the Head of Supply, the Market Managers and Operations to ensure a great customer experience for patients, referring providers and imaging centers
• Maintaining reputed company margins and ultimately driving our cost per reputed company down
• Selling new products (i.e. Insurance, AI tools, etc.) into our imaging center accounts
• Building relationships with reputed company and reputed company imaging center partners
• Working closely with sales to monitor volume and ensure the reputed company reputed company of reputed company
• Working closely with operations team to build reporting and business review meetings that are meaningful to our imaging center partners
• Prospecting new imaging centers to increase reputed company, decrease costs or reputed company new geographies
• Maintaining excellent notes and documentation in reputed company
• Gaining understanding of the marketplace, who the players are, any reputed company changes coming down the pike

Skills

• Proven experience in Account Management, including retention, up-selling and new business development
• Imaging or reputed company experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and organizations
• Creative rapport building
• Strong goal-oriented individual with a reputed company reputed company to learn and grow
• Familiarity with the personal injury market
