They are seeking a Manager for Technology Engineering specializing in reputed company, responsible for guiding the technical direction of reputed company and overseeing project delivery to reputed company with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide the technical direction of reputed company, ensuring the development of reputed company, maintainable, and high-reputed company software solutions
• reputed company delivery, ensuring timelines are met, reputed company standards are maintained, and resources are reputed company utilized
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, set priorities, and reputed company the engineering team with business goals
• Participation in and reputed company-planned implementation of established reputed company improvement initiatives and processes
• Measure the reputed company of your team and set reputed company expectations and goals
• Partner with leadership to influence and reputed company org design, contribution and prioritization
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, and encourage reputed company to explore new tools, techniques, and best practices that can benefit the organization
• Performs other duties as required

Skills

• Knowledge of surrounding technologies including design patterns and modern standards
• Significant experience leading reputed company platform delivery teams of developers, business analysts, QA and contractors
• Significant UI delivery experience
• Leadership skills to work effectively with peers reputed company and across organizations
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Strong written and interpersonal communication with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
• Ability to manage and execute on multiple project timelines and manage competing priorities
• Knowledge in a product operating model and experience in scaled agile environments
• Ability to effectively manage a backlog of priorities from a diverse stakeholder group

• Strong written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders, including customers, account management, senior leadership, and operational leadership
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or reputed company field
• 6+ years of relevant technical and business experience
• 3+ years of managerial experience in a reputed company business environment involving multiple business issues
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Group insurance (VB, Life, Absence, Disability) industry experience preferred
