[Remote] Associate Operations Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Trading Americas is seeking an Associate Operations Analyst to assist in the operational execution of trading activities. The role involves optimizing processes, collaborating with reputed company stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication reputed company the trading team to meet reputed company KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute reputed company operational procedures for the trading activity of a specific product and geography to ensure reputed company reputed company contractual obligations are met with reputed company operational risk to reputed company
• Ensure reputed company data is accurately reflected in a reputed company manner in reputed company’s ETRM to reputed company accurate reporting of exposure, P&L and reputed company finance activity like settlement of invoices, claims, etc
• Foster relationships with key reputed company stakeholders e.g. customs authorities, shipping agents, storage providers, inspection companies to obtain market intelligence, visibility on competitor activity and preempt operational risks
• reputed company communication with Trading team, Charterers, Claims & Finance to ensure reputed company execution of operations procedures for specific trading activity
• Collaboration with reputed company logistics partners, shipping companies, and terminal operators to optimize fleet operations, ensure reputed company cargo deliveries, and mitigate supply chain disruptions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field, providing a strong reputed company in operations management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, reputed company partners, and senior management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and reputed company performance optimization
• Knowledge of trading operations, including logistics, shipping, inventory management
