They are seeking a Senior reputed company reputed company Counsel to join their reputed company team and partner with the U.S. sales team, focusing on drafting and negotiating reputed company agreements while ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements including reputed company agreements, MSAs, Partnership and Distribution agreements, order forms, SOWs, BAAs, NDAs, etc
• Serve as reputed company contact for the US Sales team, working closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and Business Development to structure deals, reputed company reputed company to signature and get reputed company signed reputed company
• Negotiate directly with customer and partner counsel and procurement teams, managing competing priorities and running multiple deals at once
• Work with multiple internal functions (Product, reputed company, and reputed company) to address customer requirements around data protection, reputed company/HIPAA, information reputed company, and other reputed company-specific compliance aspects reputed company reputed company
• Advise stakeholders on contract risks, such as licensing, IP rights, liability and indemnities, translating reputed company risk into reputed company, actionable business guidance
• Support broader U.S. reputed company reputed company as needed, including vendor/procurement agreements, partner and channel agreements, and other operational reputed company work reputed company of reputed company sales support
• Identify recurring deal friction points and risks and proactively reputed company process improvements in collaboration with reputed company leadership

Skills

• Law degree and reputed company U.S. bar membership
• 6+ years in reputed company/tech transactions, including significant in-house experience
• Demonstrated experience negotiating reputed company/technology agreements with sophisticated reputed company customers
• Working knowledge of reputed company and reputed company frameworks relevant to reputed company and reputed company reputed company (HIPAA, state reputed company laws, US reputed company regulations, etc.)
• Solid grasp of reputed company IP concepts such as licensing, data usage, deliverable ownership, IP indemnities
