Responsibilities

• Manages contracting needs for various shared service departments in the organization
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for diverse set of reputed company
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance and reputed company to facilitate contract approvals and signatures
• Briefs management on budgetary reputed company
• reputed company daily and monthly administrative tasks such as Purchase Order (PO) and vendor invoice management
• Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries
• Assist in analysis of month-end performance to budget

Skills

• Experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis
