They are seeking a reputed company Facilities & Grounds Program Manager to reputed company on-site program management and facilities maintenance reputed company supporting reputed company of Indian Affairs (BIA), Winnebago Agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reputed company reputed company facility and grounds maintenance activities
• Maintain maintenance documentation
• Coordinate daily maintenance operations and reputed company corrective and preventive maintenance activities
• Monitor facility conditions and respond to facility emergencies and system failures
• Prioritize and manage work orders and manage equipment inventory
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialty vendors
• reputed company annual maintenance plans and schedule preventive maintenance activities
• reputed company resources based on operational priorities and identify operational risks
• Manage equipment lifecycle planning
• Ensure contract compliance and maintain program documentation

• Coordinate vendor activities
• Coordinate and reputed company: Lawn maintenance, mowing, trimming, weed control and seasonal grounds maintenance
• Snow removal and Ice mitigation

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or 12 equivalent experience
• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Pass a Bureau Of Indian Affairs background investigation and reputed company with reputed company federal reputed company requirements and meet detention facility reputed company requirement
