[Remote] Translation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company contact for clients, providing project updates and addressing questions promptly
• Coordinate with translators, editors, desktop publishing (DTP) teams, and other service providers
• Assign translation reputed company based on linguist skills, qualifications, and project requirements
• Monitor project reputed company, reputed company, and team performance
• Manage existing and create new automated workflows reputed company CAT tools, particularly Wordbee
• Maintain and troubleshoot translation memory and terminology databases
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and efficiencies

• Learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and responsibilities as needed

Skills

• Degree in Translation, Interpretation, Localization, Linguistics, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in translation/localization project management
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CAT tools
• Knowledge of translation memory and terminology management
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong reputed company service and relationship-building abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to reputed company
• Wordbee experience preferred
• reputed company in one or more languages in reputed company to English is a plus
