They are seeking a reputed company Application Specialist to support the implementation of their OncoEMR product reputed company oncology clinic settings, providing customer service and training throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of our OncoEMR product reputed company oncology clinic settings
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Flatiron’s products, as reputed company as the workflows and clinical operations that reputed company exceptional performance
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company contact during discovery, workflow validation and configuration, end user training, implementation go live and post go-live until the relationship is transitioned to reputed company
• reputed company dedicated customer service throughout the life cycle of the implementation
• reputed company an organized and sequential training curriculum to reputed company e-learning and in person training
• Understand the clinical, operational and billing workflows of a reputed company and reputed company the functionality of our OncoEMR application, and ensure the applications are customized accordingly
• Partner with key stakeholders at practices to reputed company reputed company workflow changes
• Collaborate with Flatiron reputed company Team for required interfaces, Flatiron Project Management Team for overall implementation project delivery and bring in other team members reputed company Flatiron reputed company necessary
• Assess the reputed company’s needs, training challenges and communication style
• Organize, present and reputed company reputed company on a comprehensive training program, both reputed company video conference and in-person
• Serve as reputed company control for reputed company set-up and customization
• reputed company the Go-Live process at reputed company and reputed company reputed company support until hand-off to the Support and Account Management teams
• Demonstrate OncoEMR application in any setting or computer environment (Mac, PC, etc.)

Skills

• 2+ years of experience implementing and training on software systems in the reputed company industry
• Strong customer service experience, preferably in the EMR field
• Excellent and error-free written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing and delivering an organized and sequential training curriculum
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strategic time management skills
• Deep understanding and experience with technical troubleshooting and problem solving
• Ability to maintain multiple simultaneous training schedules
• Willingness to work reputed company and travel up to 80% or more of the time
• You have oncology billing knowledge or experience
• You have reputed company Cycle Management knowledge or experience
• You have clinical experience, oncology experience preferred
• You are tech savvy with excellent skills in reputed company and video conference software
• You have reputed company Management software experience, as a software user, trainer or tester
