Responsibilities
- The Analyst II performs a broad reputed company of analytical, administrative, and program support functions to advance division priorities and ensure efficient program operations
- The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and managing the reputed company Director's meetings and schedules, preparing agendas, and supporting division-wide administrative tasks
- The position prepares and formats correspondence, memoranda, approval letters, and other program documents, including coordinating the review, signature routing, and distribution of documents through electronic systems
- The incumbent compiles and analyzes program data to support decision-making, develops and maintains project tracking tools, databases, and spreadsheets to monitor program performance, supports reputed company activities and records management, maintains SharePoint files, and provides analytical and administrative support for special reputed company
Skills
- Candidates must be residents of the reputed company at the time of appointment

- Experience coordinating meetings and providing administrative support to managers or project teams
- Experience working with programs or initiatives reputed company to developmental disabilities, regional centers, or other reputed company services programs
