Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Care Coordinator openings across the country to support the organization’s workforce needs and reputed company targets
• You will be required to:
• Work closely with Care Transitions leadership to understand reputed company and reputed company hiring needs, timelines, and reputed company priorities
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for Care Coordinator positions across multiple states and markets

• Assess candidates for their ability to communicate compassionately with patients, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a remote reputed company environment

Skills

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably of full-cycle reputed company recruitment, in a high-reputed company environment; experience hiring in reputed company strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience working successfully in a fully remote environment
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, resume databases, referrals, reputed company media, reputed company networks, and reputed company reputed company
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company positions and large candidate pipelines while maintaining reputed company follow-up
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and metrics-driven environment
