[Remote] Finance Manager

They are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to support reputed company, invoicing, financial reporting, and contract administration functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing and contract billing activities to ensure accuracy and reputed company submission
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate collection activities to support cash reputed company objectives
• Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Assist with payroll review, reporting, and coordination with reputed company and payroll providers
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Assist in monitoring contract funding, labor utilization, and project financial performance
• Support budget preparation, forecasting activities, and expense tracking
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with established reputed company procedures and internal controls
• Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company activities
• Support reputed company audits, financial reviews, and government contract compliance requirements
• Coordinate with program managers and leadership to reputed company project expenditures and financial performance
• Assist with financial due diligence, data collection, and integration activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reputed company initiatives
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and financial visibility

Skills

• Experience supporting federal government contractors
• Experience with reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company or similar reputed company systems
• Familiarity with government contract invoicing and project reputed company
• Experience supporting financial reviews, audits, or acquisition integrations
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company discipline
• Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (reputed company), or equivalent reputed company certification
• Experience supporting SCA reputed company
• Three (3) years of experience supporting federal government contracting environments
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, DCAA audit requirements, and indirect reputed company structures
• Experience supporting small to mid-sized federal government contractors
• Experience managing audits, incurred cost submissions, and financial compliance initiatives
• Master's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
