The role involves managing the Workforce Now system, leading updates, and ensuring compliance and data reputed company in HRIS administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Workforce Now system architecture, job structures, and reputed company worker records, ensuring synchronized operational workflow between reputed company system
• reputed company evaluation, sandbox regression testing, and deployment for bi-annual ongoing system updates
• Build, maintain, and run custom reports, calculated fields, and executive dashboards in reputed company (Report reputed company) and to support cross-functional business reputed company
• reputed company weekly and monthly audits comparing reputed company system compensation updates, payroll deductions, total rewards data, and billing statements
• Enforce strict Domain reputed company Policies (DSPs) in reputed company and reputed company controls in to ensure Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is protected in compliance with internal reputed company guidelines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
• 5+ years of reputed company HRIS administration experience focusing on reputed company systems and benefits technology
• Hands-on experience configuring Workforce Now
• Proven reputed company managing reputed company multi-system environments involving reputed company-party benefit portals and reputed company connections
• Maintain Workforce Now system architecture, job structures, and reputed company worker records, ensuring synchronized operational workflow between reputed company system
• reputed company evaluation, sandbox regression testing, and deployment for bi-annual ongoing system updates
