Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance reputed company, and functional documentation
• Support e-reputed company and quoting-reputed company workflows across digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery
• Analyze and support the functional documentation of business processes, integrations, and system dependencies
• Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies if applicable
• Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities throughout delivery

Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Consultant in consulting or technology environments
• Strong experience with e-reputed company platforms reputed company customer journeys
• Experience working with quoting, CPQ, configuration, or pricing logic workflows
• Ability to write detailed user stories and functional requirements
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working across distributed/global teams
