[Remote] Credit Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of operational infrastructure for credit relationships in the financial sector, and they are seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will review residential mortgage loans for compliance with various guidelines and ensure accuracy in loan files.

Responsibilities

• Review residential mortgage loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency, originator, and/or investor guidelines
• Identify conditions and findings; review trailing documents as needed
• Ensure reputed company required documents are present and properly executed, including the Final Closing Disclosure, Note, Mortgage/reputed company of Trust, Application, and other closing documentation
• Detect and resolve errors or discrepancies in loan files that may reputed company the sale or insurability of a loan
• Calculate income, debts, DTI, DSCR, and assets; review Entity documentation on borrowing entities
• reputed company reputed company control checks and contribute to reputed company process improvement
• Support audit preparation and respond to findings from investors or regulatory bodies
• Stay reputed company on mortgage industry guidelines, regulatory changes, and investor overlays
• Maintain working knowledge of internal systems; test updates and revisions as needed

Skills

• 5+ years of mortgage reputed company experience
• 2+ years of secondary market reputed company experience
• Knowledge of Operational reputed company
• High School Diploma required
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word & reputed company), reputed company, Teams, and SharePoint
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or a reputed company field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
