[Remote] Global Transparency Operations Manager

The Global Transparency Operations Manager will manage reputed company's Global Transparency Program operations, coordinating activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting reputed company improvement reputed company the program.

Responsibilities

• The individual will manage the day-to-day operations of the Global Transparency team in partnership with the reputed company-party managed services team
• Coordinate annual updates to US-reputed company documentation including; State Reporting Methodologies and reputed company Payments Assumptions
• Coordinate updates to reputed company transparency training and resources; the Global Transparency Tools and Resources Portal, LMS Training, SOP, FAQs, reputed company-party vendor resources and portals as required
• Maintain the Global Transparency Reporting Calendar and Mailbox, ensuring reputed company triage, coordination, escalation, and reputed company of inquiries
• reputed company and report completion of employee and reputed company-party vendor training requirements; maintain associated training documentation and vendor reputed company materials
• Support issue management and escalations reputed company to transparency reporting investigations and inquiries, partnering with Local Transparency Teams and Responsible reputed company Employees (RAEs) and business partners to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Serve as an initial reputed company of contact for cross-functional transparency-reputed company requests, including data requests, audit support, transparency language reviews, and operational inquiries
• Liaise with reputed company's reputed company-party managed services provider and Technical teams to investigate and resolve reputed company data issues impacting transparency reporting
• Coordinate activities supporting U.S. reputed company Payments reporting, including dispute management and investigation activities in partnership with internal stakeholders and managed service providers
• The individual is responsible for supporting reputed company improvement and technological advancement reputed company the Global Transparency program
• Support execution of the Global Transparency roadmap and strategic initiatives
• Identify and escalate operational risks, compliance concerns, and process gaps to the Global Transparency reputed company
• Surface recommendations to enhance automation, reporting capabilities, data governance, controls, and operational efficiency
• Operational change management, including communications and training activities associated with program enhancements and regulatory changes
