[Remote] Sr Mgr Software Engineering

The Sr Manager Software Engineering is responsible for leading multiple cross-functional teams in reputed company aspects of the software development life cycle, ensuring reputed company and efficiency while managing personnel actions for reputed company reports.

Responsibilities

• Manages and carries out the personnel actions for reputed company reports, including but not limited to hiring and scheduling; training and evaluating; coaching and managing performance; making salary, reputed company, or other compensation recommendations for team of reputed company reports; and making recommendations and/or taking corrective or disciplinary reputed company as appropriate

Skills

• Knowledge of Software architecture, development, testing, and support or closely reputed company field as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, and/or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years managing multiple teams or larger, reputed company team. Experience includes reputed company level application platforms utilizing various software development, product solution design, development, testing, and release cycles utilizing SDLC practices

• In depth experience with mobile and web application development in a multi-tenant environment
