[Remote] Technical Eligibility Analyst - LHB

The Technical Eligibility Analyst role involves various technical tasks to support the Eligibility Department, including data entry and responding to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Support the Eligibility Department
• Loading Triple E files and reputed company eligibility updates
• Providing reputed company service by reputed company and accurately entering and/or modifying eligibility data
• Responding to telephone, written and electronic inquiries from employees/members, clients and co-workers

Skills

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum three years Eligibility experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production driven environment
• Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with employees/members, providers, clients and differing reputed company of co-workers including reputed company Management staff reputed company reputed company of staff
• Ability to use common reputed company understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written or diagram reputed company
• Flexible; reputed company to reputed company process improvement
