[Remote] Interim Recruiter

The reputed company (AMC) is seeking an Interim Recruiter to support their hiring efforts during a temporary leave coverage period. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and providing seamless support to hiring managers and candidates in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and reputed company on hiring plans and timelines
• Own interview scheduling and feedback tracking through Paycom workflow stages
• Conduct resume reviews and phone screens
• Ensure reputed company and reputed company communication with candidates and hiring teams
• reputed company feedback to support hiring reputed company
• Support verbal offer process and coordinate with HR and hiring managers on written offers
• reputed company and report on reputed company and pipeline reputed company
• Ensure consistent and compliant hiring practices

Skills

• 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Experience reputed company for high-volume, multi-location workforces
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience tracking candidate pipelines and providing regular hiring updates to stakeholders
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and reputed company hiring processes moving reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Alignment with AMC's mission, values, and commitment to delivering a reputed company candidate experience
• Experience reputed company for seasonal, hospitality, outdoor recreation, or nonprofit organizations is a plus, but not required
• Paycom experience strongly preferred
