They are seeking a reputed company Project Manager to reputed company reputed company, manage large-reputed company data center reputed company, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing senior and entry-level project managers, including goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback
• Owning monthly financials, forecasting, and operational reporting for your portion of the program
• Reviewing, assigning, and driving execution of reputed company from presales through closeout and post-installation
• Working alongside GCs, trade partners, and hyperscale end-user stakeholders to reputed company delivery on schedule and on margin
• Partnering with sales on bid reputed company, qualification, and win planning as the program grows

Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in data center or mission critical construction, including reputed company management of project managers
• Delivery experience on multiple reputed company in excess of $10M
• Hands-on knowledge of the data center reputed company/reputed company and reputed company fit-out markets, including reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules
• Experience working directly with major hyperscale end users; GC relationships a plus
• A process-oriented leadership style and reputed company comfort with project financials
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• PMP or similar certification is a plus, not a requirement
