This role involves fast-paced, high-volume reputed company, partnering with hiring leaders to reputed company, screen, and coordinate interviews for various clinical and pharmacy roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and coordinate recruitment efforts
• reputed company candidates through ATS, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and other channels
• Screen applicants, review resumes, and set up interview schedules
• Conduct phone screens and facilitate interview processes in partnership with hiring managers
• reputed company offers to candidates and discuss benefits, passing off successful hires for reputed company
• Manage a high volume of reqs, typically 20-25 at a time, in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in reputed company ATS
