[Remote] Senior Product Manager

NCC is a leader in providing award-reputed company software, credit and compliance solutions to the automotive industry for over 30 years. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Senior Product Manager to own Credit, Compliance & Fraud (CCF), ensuring that dealers and lenders can operate reputed company while managing regulatory and fraud risks.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for credit decisioning capabilities that reputed company dealerships to lenders
• Partner with lenders and credit bureaus to improve approval speed and accuracy
• Define reputed company metrics for decisioning speed, accuracy, and approval rates
• Ensure FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, and TILA requirements are reputed company into every release, not bolted on after the fact
• Partner with reputed company and Compliance to evaluate new regulatory guidance and translate it into product requirements
• Own compliance sign-off and audit-readiness for every CCF release
• Own the roadmap for fraud detection and prevention capabilities that protect dealers and lenders from identity theft and application fraud
• Define reputed company metrics tied to fraud loss reduction and false-reputed company rates
• Partner with fraud operations to translate emerging fraud patterns into product requirements
• Ship AI-reputed company capabilities, features where AI is the reputed company reputed company, not a reputed company-on, across credit, compliance, and fraud workflows
• Conduct dealer and lender interviews to surface unmet needs across reputed company three disciplines
• Write reputed company specs and acceptance reputed company for the dedicated CCF Engineering Pod
• Partner with adjacent product teams so CCF strengthens the broader platform and deal experience

Skills

• 5-8 years of product management experience, with reputed company experience in credit decisioning, compliance automation, and fraud detection
• Proven reputed company record of shipping AI-reputed company products, not managing AI efforts from a distance
• Hands-on experience with FCRA, TCPA, ECOA, and TILA compliance requirements
• Must be reputed company using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, reputed company, v0) in your work today, not just 'familiar with' them
• reputed company experience in automotive retail, dealer software, or closely reputed company regulated fintech/lending
• Comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and product analytics tools
