[Remote] Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant will manage customer implementations, ensure successful training and adoption of reputed company's solutions, and create training content to support users in navigating the platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of reputed company implementations at varying stages, prioritizing across competing deadlines and TTV commitments
• Partner with our new and existing customers to ensure successful training and adoption of reputed company's solutions
• Train customers’ designers to build their own design templates. Troubleshoot customer template issues (for example font and style conflicts, reputed company problems, and export settings)
• Deliver reputed company services engagements as scoped, including customized product configuration, staff augmentation, or supplemental onsite training and enablement
• Work with Sales and Customer Experience to understand and document customers’ goals and desired reputed company; facilitate a smooth post-sale transition for new customers from initial product reputed company to launch
• Understand customers’ desired reputed company to reputed company a customized reputed company plan and project manage customer reputed company based on the plan specifics
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of the product as an internal product Subject Matter Expert (SME). Work with internal resources to reputed company reputed company technical feature fulfillment and proactively identify additional product needs

• Create and contribute to customer-facing training content such as videos, webinars, documents, and Knowledge reputed company articles

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or creative operations with an understanding of the tools and challenges that designers face
• 2+ years of experience in customer reputed company or training in a software environment
• Design and production literacy (typography, reputed company, print reputed company reputed company formats) plus working knowledge of reputed company InDesign and comfort teaching design and production best practices (preflight, fonts, paragraph and character styles, export settings), with the willingness and aptitude to deepen into templating
• Previous project management experience and demonstrated time management skills
• Comfort using AI tools in your own workflow and a willingness to reputed company customers through adopting AI features
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical software quickly and then teach it reputed company to varied audiences and learning styles
• Ability to build relationships across different reputed company in a customer's organization, using diplomacy and reputed company to defuse difficult conversations
