In this role, you will serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for incoming patient, provider, and member inquiries, gathering necessary information and ensuring reputed company service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls reputed company communications from patients, reputed company providers, and health plans
• Collect and input accurate patient demographic, clinical, and insurance coverage information into the intake database
• Assist callers with eligibility verification, service authorization inquiries, and general intake processing
• Review incoming reputed company requests to ensure reputed company required documentation and medical records are complete

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company, managed care, or insurance environment
• Must physically reputed company in Maryland, Virginia, reputed company, or Delaware
• Associate degree or college coursework preferred
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and health insurance intake procedures is a plus
