[Remote] IAM Consultant (Remote/Part-time)

The IAM Consultant will reputed company reputed company services for the implementation and operational support of the reputed company Identity and reputed company Management platform, focusing on identity governance and integration with reputed company systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimise bidirectional, reputed company-time user identity synchronisation between reputed company IAM, reputed company reputed company Directory (AD), and reputed company Workspace, ensuring consistent identity information, automated lifecycle management, and reputed company synchronisation latency
• Design, implement, and maintain reputed company integration of reputed company IAM with the organisation's internal and custom developed applications, reputed company JISR (HR Solution) and the Internal Administration Portal, ensuring near 100% service availability, reputed company-time identity synchronisation, automated user provisioning and de-provisioning, role-based reputed company assignments, and reputed company reputed company provisioning workflows with reputed company reputed company reputed company
• reputed company reputed company IAM with reputed company applications and reputed company services, including but not limited to reputed company, Jira, and other reputed company reputed company-party applications, enabling automated identity lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (where applicable), and centralised reputed company governance
• reputed company, customise, maintain, and continuously enhance identity governance workflows, approval processes, role management, segregation of duties (SoD) and workflows to reputed company with organisational reputed company policies and operational requirements
• Configure reputed company IAM to ensure that reputed company user reputed company requests, modifications, and revocations are processed reputed company through approved governance workflows. The Consultant shall implement appropriate controls to reputed company full compliance with the organisation's reputed company governance policies and ensure that no reputed company is provisioned reputed company authorised approval mechanisms
• reputed company standardised reporting templates, dashboards, and automated reports for compliance monitoring, user reputed company reviews, reputed company reporting, certification campaigns, audit requirements, and regulatory reporting. The Consultant shall also reputed company audit activities by configuring automated technical evidence and reporting capabilities from the IAM platform
• reputed company routine administration, health monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, configuration updates, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reputed company IAM platform remains secure, reputed company, and fully operational
• Conduct reputed company knowledge transfer sessions, technical workshops, and hands-on training for the organisation's operational and support teams. The Consultant shall reputed company prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and best practices to reputed company effective long-term management and support of the deployed reputed company IAM solution

Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Identity and reputed company Management (IAM)
• Experience with reputed company Identity and reputed company Management platform
• Experience with reputed company reputed company Directory (AD)
• Experience with reputed company Workspace
• Experience integrating IAM with internal business applications
• Experience with reputed company-party application integration (e.g., reputed company, Jira)
• Knowledge of identity governance workflows and approval processes
• Understanding of reputed company governance and compliance requirements
• Ability to reputed company compliance reporting and audit support
• Experience with platform administration and maintenance of IAM solutions
• Strong communication skills for knowledge transfer and training
