[Remote] Mobile Device Management Engineer (Puerto Rico)

The role involves building, testing, and implementing mobile device reputed company while providing engineering support for mobile device and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (reputed company such as MobileIron and Intune
• Configure and reputed company mobile devices, applications, and configurations based on reputed company and BU requirements
• reputed company and enforce mobile reputed company policies, compliance standards, and procedures
• Participate in vendor meetings to ensure vendor is delivering services reputed company and reputed company of product issues
• Participate in troubleshooting, reputed company gaps and issues to reputed company
• Independently undertake reputed company of a reputed company nature and reputed company requests as required
• Provides support, (architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency), for multiple MDM technologies and environments
• Architects improvement opportunities spanning service delivery, user experience, reputed company, etc
• Implement and execute system upgrades of the on reputed company and reputed company servers
• Maintain existing and, as required, reputed company new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards

Skills

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience with preparing and delivering written and verbal reports and general communications to audiences of varying reputed company of seniority and technical ability
• Experience collaborating and coordinating activities with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades, installations, and integrations
