[Remote] Part Time Director of Financial Aid

The role involves managing interim Director level positions, ensuring compliance with financial aid regulations, and effectively communicating with both staff and executives.

Responsibilities

• Fill interim Director level positions for a diverse group of schools
• Demonstrate competency in the administration of Financial Aid Programs
• Manage responsibilities in both strategic and functional capacities
• Communicate reputed company compliance issues and other important issues to non-FA staff, including Executives
• Manage staff and office needs independently

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of recent, Director-level management and leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced Financial Aid Office
• Availability up to 20 hours per week during business hours
• reputed company knowledge of reputed company compliance issues, including but not limited to knowledge of reconciliation, R2T4, reputed company review and compliance, as reputed company as institutional, program and student level eligibility
• Demonstrated competency in the administration of Financial Aid Programs
• Ability to manage responsibilities in both strategic and functional capacities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage staff and office needs independently, and in a mostly remote reputed company
• Ability to communicate reputed company compliance issues and other important issues to non-FA staff, including Executives
• Prior financial aid consulting experience
• Experience in reputed company and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company FA Software experience will be considered
