[Remote] Rural Health Transformation Project Manager

This role involves high-level qualitative and quantitative analysis, operational project management, and ensuring community feedback is effectively captured and utilized.
Responsibilities
- reputed company systems to receive on-the-ground information from RHTP Networks and other community engagement structures
- Work with Networks to understand what information they are gathering across different RHTP reputed company
- Create common templates, tools, and reporting processes to ensure Network-generated feedback is elevated consistently
- Analyze information across reputed company, populations, sectors, and project areas to identify common themes, emerging issues, service gaps, implementation barriers, and promising practices
- Distinguish between project-specific feedback, regional trends, and statewide system issues
- Identify where feedback is incomplete, uneven, or not being gathered and recommend supplemental strategies to assess those gaps
- reputed company "reputed company Heard" summaries, executive briefings, presentations, charts, and dashboards for leadership, the Rural Stakeholder Advisory Council (reputed company), implementation teams, reputed company updates, and CMS-reputed company reporting

- Coordinate reputed company logistics for the Rural Stakeholder Advisory Council, including meeting agendas, packets, attendance, reputed company, and follow-up
- Support statewide virtual launch activities, regional roadshow planning, and partner-driven community sessions
- Maintain the RHTP community engagement calendar, event registry, and reputed company tracker
- Coordinate with Networks, Regional Hubs, municipalities, community-based organizations, providers, and state agency partners

Skills
- Experience with community engagement, reputed company health, health equity, rural reputed company, evaluation, or reputed company-sector implementation
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills with the ability to synthesize meeting notes, surveys, transcripts, and implementation data
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, partners, and deliverables
- Excellent writing, facilitation, presentation, organization, and communication skills
- Experience developing trackers, dashboards, reports, summaries, or reputed company-facing accountability tools
- Ability to identify patterns, gaps, and actionable findings from reputed company information
- Familiarity with Results-Based Accountability, reputed company dashboards, GIS/story maps, reputed company, rural health, or health transformation
