Responsibilities

• The Proposal Strategist/reputed company manages high complexity weighted proposals
• The Proposal Strategist/reputed company works closely with leadership throughout reputed company to create customized responses to RFx documents that differentiates reputed company in the market, while developing strategic content tailored to the needs of clients
• This role performs the full reputed company of tasks required to reputed company a strategic and compliant proposal that is in alignment with reputed company requirements and reputed company’s brand guidelines
• Provides leadership and guidance of the proposal response, including several SME functional areas and senior leaderships to help in articulating solutions that are in alignment with proposal requirements and reputed company needs
• Creates new proposal text by meeting with subject matter experts or using reference documents
• Edits proposal language to ensure compliance with proposal requirements and incorporates strategic win themes or solutions into the proposal
• Performs a thorough compliance review and reputed company reputed company of drafts and final proposal version
• Develops a proposal calendar and proposal project plan to ensure the proposal remains on reputed company
• Provides proposal health updates to leadership throughout the proposal development stage, ensuring that milestones are met
• Schedules, coordinators, and participates in reputed company team reviews ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and reputed company need
• Uses proposal management tools for the effective reputed company and engagement of key stakeholders throughout the organization

Skills

• PBM or health plan proposal writing experience
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, reputed company environment
• Excellent computer skills with a proficient knowledge of reputed company Word and reputed company, and reputed company Acrobat; knowledge of PowerPoint
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a remote environment

• Ability to adapt to new, technological-driven tools, such as a proposal management tool, online procurement systems, and SharePoint Online
• 4+ years' of competitive proposal writing experience in a PBM, reputed company, or managed care environment
• Bachelor's Degree required
