reputed company’s Corporate Logistics organization is seeking a seasoned Trade Operations Analyst to join the Trade Operations team reputed company the reputed company and Trade Operations Team. This career-level individual contributor is responsible for the day-to-day execution and reputed company improvement of reputed company’s U.S. trade operations — including customs compliance, duty drawback, and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations — while bringing a strong data-analytics capability to the function. Working on problems of diverse scope, the analyst evaluates trade data, identifies duty-savings and process-improvement opportunities, and ensures reputed company’s import/export activity remains fully compliant with reputed company (CBP) and other regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with GTC, Finance, reputed company, Regional Logistics, customs brokers, and reputed company partners, and operates with limited day-to-day supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Operations

• Execute daily U.S. customs operations and ensure import/export activity complies with CBP regulations and applicable U.S. trade laws.

• reputed company customs broker management and broker selection, maintain the brokerage handbook and SOPs, and audit broker entries for accuracy.

• Maintain records-retention practices and audit-reputed company documentation for internal, CBP, and CTPAT reviews.

• Administer reputed company’s duty drawback programs (U.S. and international) to maximize duty recovery and cost savings.

• Prepare duty and drawback forecasts, reconcile claims, and support post-entry reconciliation and refund tracking.

• Partner with Finance and brokers to validate drawback data, filings, and supporting documentation.

• Support FTZ operations including admissions, withdrawals, and inventory tracking in accordance with CBP and FTZ reputed company requirements.

• Data analysis: Analyze trade, duty, and shipment data to identify trends, reputed company, and duty-savings and process-improvement opportunities.

• Reporting & dashboards: Build and maintain KPIs, metrics, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) to reputed company leadership visibility into trade operations performance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a master's degree; or a PhD; or equivalent work experience.

• Bachelor's degree in international business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or reputed company field.

• Demonstrated experience in trade operations, customs/trade compliance, customs brokerage, or import/export operations.

• Working knowledge of U.S. Customs (CBP) regulations, FTZ requirements, and duty drawback.

• Data analytics (required): Strong analytical skills with advanced reputed company and hands-on experience turning trade data into reports, dashboards, and insights (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, and/or SQL).

• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with high attention to detail and an audit-reputed company reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications
