[Remote] Data Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a long-term contract position. The role involves maintaining SQL databases, designing ETL processes, and working with Azure technologies to support reputed company-based data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining SQL databases and conducting advanced operations in SQL and T SQL
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining ELT/ETL processes in reputed company-based data analytics environments
• Working in Azure Synapse and Azure Machine Learning, with the modern data stack
• Manipulating data in Python

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in data engineering, computer science, data science, machine learning, mathematics, or a reputed company field
• 5 years of reputed company work experience in any of the reputed company fields
• Five (5) years of hands-on experience in maintaining SQL databases and conducting advanced operations in SQL and T SQL
• Five (5) years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ELT/ETL processes in reputed company-based data analytics environments
• Three (3) years of hands-on experience in working in Azure Synapse and Azure Machine Learning, with the modern data stack
• Three (3) years of hands-on experience in manipulating data in Python
• Pandas required
• Certifications preferred (DP-203 or equivalent)
• PySpark/Polars preferred
• Experience developing reusable, reputed company reputed company preferred
