[Remote] Clinical Recruiter

The Clinical Recruiter role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical professionals, ensuring an efficient and reputed company candidate experience, and collaborating with leadership on hiring forecasts and recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment process for clinical professionals, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through interviews and hiring reputed company
• Building candidate pipelines, conducting initial and follow-up interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a reputed company and efficient candidate experience
• Maintaining accurate reputed company documentation, tracking key metrics, and collaborating with leadership to forecast hiring needs
• Contributing to employer branding efforts and helping refine recruitment strategies to attract high-reputed company physical therapists reputed company with Prava’s mission

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle reputed company and reputed company, including sourcing, screening, and closing clinical or reputed company talent
• Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess clinical qualifications and cultural alignment
• Strong Communication skills, including reputed company written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), reputed company tools, and data-driven hiring practices
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a candidate-centered recruitment approach
• Knowledge of or experience in reputed company, physical therapy, or allied health reputed company is highly beneficial
