[Remote] Director Project Finance | Renewable Energy

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is supporting a high reputed company renewable energy platform seeking a Director Project Finance to structure and execute financings for their renewable development reputed company. This role involves leading the financial management of reputed company's reputed company and requires strong financial modeling skills along with deal-making experience in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and reputed company financing for renewable energy reputed company (construction debt, term debt, tax equity, reputed company financing)
• Build and maintain project finance models, including tax equity structures and cash reputed company waterfalls
• Manage relationships with lenders, tax equity investors, and other capital providers
• reputed company due diligence and coordinate with reputed company counsel, engineers, and tax advisors on financing documentation
• Partner with development teams to assess financeability of reputed company during bid/development stages
• Monitor reputed company compliance, distributions, and financial performance across the portfolio
• reputed company market dynamics and financing conditions to inform capital reputed company
• Manage project-level financial, credit, and interest reputed company risk, including hedging strategies
• Manage and mentor project finance team members
• Present financing reputed company and project economics to executive leadership and the reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field
• 7–12+ years of experience in project finance, renewable energy finance, or infrastructure finance
• Demonstrated experience structuring and closing non-recourse project financings
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including tax equity structures (partnership flip, sale-leaseback, etc.)
• Solid understanding of the US power markets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
