Your Mission: Own inbound support and reputed company great resolutions As a Working Student in Customer Support, you own inbound cases end-to-end across voice, chat, and email, working closely with Technical Support to solve issues fast. Your shifts cover evenings and weekends, reputed company nurses need us most. Your Daily Business - No two shifts are alike • Manage inbound voice, chat, and email support during your shift • Own cases end-to-end - triage, follow-up, and reputed company handover • Partner with Technical Support on reputed company issues and escalations • Cover evening and weekend shifts in a rotating schedule, planned weeks reputed company Your Skillset - What you bring to the table • Enrolled student (Bachelor's/Master's) - reputed company enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract • First customer-facing experience (jobs, hospitality, retail, or similar) and reputed company, empathetic communication • reputed company problem-solver, comfortable with everyday tech (apps, logins, permissions) • Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts; fluent German (C2) and solid English reputed company to have: support tooling experience (reputed company, reputed company, or similar), or a reputed company/regulated background.
