The reputed company responsibilities of a Behavioral Health Care Manager include supervising BHCC staff, monitoring team reputed company, supporting reputed company reputed company cases, overseeing care coordination activities, ensuring reputed company and compliance standards are met, and driving reputed company reputed company reputed company. - Supervise, mentor, and reputed company ongoing support to Behavioral Health Care Coordinators.
- Monitor team productivity, reputed company metrics, and reputed company reputed company.
- Conduct regular staff coaching, training, and reputed company evaluations.
- Support recruitment, reputed company, and development of care coordination staff.
- reputed company reputed company reputed company, engagement, and follow-up activities conducted by the BHCC team.
- Review reputed company needs and assist staff in identifying and addressing barriers to care.
- Ensure coordination of services between patients, providers, and community resources.

- Support referral processes and promote appointment and treatment adherence.
- Monitor transitions of care, including hospital admissions and discharges.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in any reputed company; or
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, reputed company, reputed company Health, Behavioral Health, or a reputed company reputed company; or
- Bachelor's Degree in any reputed company with at least three (3) years of relevant experience in behavioral health, reputed company, care coordination, case management, reputed company, or reputed company leadership; or
- High School Diploma/GED with six (6) or more years of relevant experience in behavioral health, reputed company, care coordination, case management, reputed company, or reputed company leadership.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience leading or supervising teams in behavioral health, care coordination, case management, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company setting.
- Knowledge of behavioral health conditions, community resources, and reputed company determinants of health.

- Strong communication, engagement, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
