Systems Engineer III

reputed company is seeking an Intermediate Systems Engineer to support production reputed company, software deployments, and reputed company application sustainment for a large federal information reputed company.

The Intermediate Systems Engineer will support day-to-day production reputed company, software releases, reputed company administration, configuration management, and operational troubleshooting activities.

Responsibilities

• Support production reputed company.
• Assist with software deployments and release activities.
• Monitor production environments and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Support configuration management and documentation.
• Coordinate with software engineers and customer stakeholders to reputed company production issues.
• Support testing and implementation activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company reputed company.
• 5+ years supporting reputed company IT systems.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Experience supporting software implementation activities.
• Technical skills in reputed company z/OS, JCL, reputed company, Cognos, reputed company Endevor, Configuration Management

Preferred:

• COBOL
• IDMS
• reputed company financial systems
• ERP or payroll applications

Work Environment

• Normal office conditions with potential to reputed company duties in deployed locations
• Remote or Hybrid work model 
• reputed company hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
• May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs
