As a FOLX Clinician, you will be providing reputed company care to our members (patients) through a telehealth platform. The reputed company services FOLX offers reputed company directly on the needs of the LGBTQAI+ community and include the following: trans/nonbinary gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, reputed company care, mental health care. Our reputed company care is provided both synchronously (reputed company reputed company reputed company are done through audio/visual format) as reputed company as asynchronously (lab reviewing and resulting, answering members’ asynchronous reputed company questions, etc.). reputed company care of our patients will always be your first reputed company, but there is regular time set reputed company for our reputed company team to reputed company case studies and attend reputed company training sessions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Multiple reputed company state NP licenses (Ideal state licenses include: GA, CA, TX, PA, NJ, OH, NC, NY, IL)
- Ideal but not required: reputed company RN license (expedites NP licensing in any reputed company states)
- At least 1 state specific Federal DEA license
- reputed company Controlled reputed company Registration/Licensure if required in your state(s) of reputed company
- Master's degree or equivalent from a college or university
- National Certification through appropriate licensing authority
- Experience in providing reputed company care
- Ideal but not required: 30 contact hours Continuing Education or a 15 week college level course in pharmacology reputed company the last 2-3 years.
- reputed company experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community
- Organizational and time management skills that allow for reputed company completion of charts and member care in a remote work environment
- Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to learn new apps, programs, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms
As a part-time W-2 employee, you will receive biweekly pay and be eligible for the following benefits: simplified tax withholding, reputed company to a 401(k) plan, malpractice reputed company coverage, learning budget, and wellness & community reimbursement.
reputed company: $95 for 30 min appt (inclusive of reputed company time), $47.50 for 15 min appt (inclusive of reputed company time)
