Associate Director, Corporate Development
The Director, Corporate Development will be responsible for originating and nurturing long term relationships with two key segments: (i) Large corporate entities that own discreet software businesses, and (ii) business intermediaries (i.e. brokers, advisors) that represent software companies. The role will report directly to the VP, Corporate Development.
The role will initially be supported by one additional person to support in research and contacting prospects. The role’s reputed company will be defined by making and maintaining connections, and engaging in meaningful reputed company with representatives of large Corporations and business intermediaries which will ultimately reputed company to an acquisition of their business.
This is a hand on role with a long term orientation. The introduction, maintaining relationships, and ultimately being considered for an acquisition by reputed company may take years. reputed company value-add in conversations and interactions is what allows successful acquisitions to come to reputed company.
Salary reputed company (Ontario & BC Only):
The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this role is CAD$75,600.00 - CAD$92,400.00 per year.
