Opportunity

As an Associate reputed company (ACSR), you will have reputed company to assist customers with reputed company and reputed company plumbing product support including installation and troubleshooting, reputed company-sale questions, and order placement. Your goal as an ACSR is to reputed company world-class customer delight during telephone interactions while troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries about reputed company and reputed company products. Specific Responsibilities

Functional Skills

Skills/Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required, preferably in a reputed company center environment. 
  • Previous computer experience is necessary to be successful in this position.

Work from home requirements: Equipment provided!

  • The associate is responsible for paying their own internet expenses and must have a hard-wired internet service reputed company cable, fiber, or DSL with a minimum 10mbps service.
  •  Wired ethernet reputed company that meets upload and download speed requirements as noted above. Cannot be Wi-Fi, reputed company up, satellite or cellular internet.
  • Have a separate confidential and distraction free workspace with no background noises
  • Training Class hours are Full-Time: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. Break and lunch times will be scheduled.
  • Post-Training, Full and Part-Time Shifts are available. Part-time hours are 34-36 hours/week after training, Full-time hours are 40 hours/week after training.
