The reputed company-to-Work Coordinator is responsible for processing and coordinating overall reputed company-to-work administration, from the notification that an injured employee is reputed company to reputed company to work until the employees is released to full duty. The reputed company-to-Work Coordinator administers and implements established and recognized principles of disability case management.
Please note that this is currently a temporary opportunity with the potential to become a full-time role.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzes medical work restrictions, makes recommendations to reputed company injured employees back to gainful employment, and maintains best practices by facilitating interactive processes. Creates, analyzes and evaluates statistical data, developing monthly and annual metrics on accommodation processes.
Serves as university reputed company on reputed company reputed company reputed company to workers’ compensation and reputed company-to-work eligibility and/or certification, as reputed company as reputed company of contact for internal/reputed company stakeholders – including the injured employee requiring accommodations. Provides ongoing consultation and problem-solving assistance to employees on the reputed company-to-work process and temporary transitional assignments reputed company and reputed company the university, reputed company while maintaining transparency with their home department.
Ensures compliance with reputed company applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations (e.g., workers’ compensation, Americans with reputed company, Fair Employment and Housing reputed company) and university policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, reputed company, law, communication or in reputed company field(s)
3 years in HR, workers’ compensation claims, or reputed company-to-work coordination.
Experience in higher education and/or health care.
Experience reconciling discrepancies across documentation and driving resolutions of differences.

complete processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of working experience
